Welcome to PrelimsAI. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

PrelimsAI provides MCQ practice tools for UPSC Civil Services Preliminary examination preparation. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Content

Questions, explanations, and other educational content on PrelimsAI are for practice purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Content should not be considered as a substitute for comprehensive study materials.

3. Payments

Some features require PrelimsAI Pro, a paid plan. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. On our website, payments are processed by Razorpay; in our Android app, they are processed by Google Play. We do not store your card or bank details. Pro bought on either platform applies to your PrelimsAI account on both.

4. Plan Length and Auto-Renewal

Monthly gives 30 days of Pro. Bought on the website, it is a single payment and does not renew automatically. Bought in the Android app, it is a Google Play subscription that renews automatically each month, charging the payment method on your Google account, until you cancel it in Google Play. If you cancel, Pro continues until the end of the month you have paid for.

Prelims Pass is a one-time payment that gives Pro until UPSC Prelims exam day, up to a maximum of 365 days from purchase. It does not renew automatically.

5. Refunds

Your current plan, if bought on the website, can be refunded in full within 7 days of its start. Android app purchases are refunded through Google Play under Google's refund policy. When a purchase is refunded, the Pro access it gave ends. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may request account deletion from the Android app under More → Account, or by following the instructions on our account deletion page.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
