Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your PrelimsAI account from the Android app under More → Account, or by emailing support@prelims.ai from the Google email address used for your PrelimsAI account.

What We Delete

We delete your account profile, saved practice history, answers, progress, notes, support messages tied to the account, uploaded study materials, and analytics identifiers that can reasonably be tied back to your account.

What We May Retain

We may retain records that we are required to keep for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, payment reconciliation, or dispute handling. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days unless a legal, security, or billing reason requires a longer retention period.
